Need someone to help you work through your fundraising?

Bring your funding needs. Leave with clear decisions and next steps.

Fundraising Strategy Intensive — from $1,750

A focused, in-person working session for Christian nonprofits and ministries who want personal help with their message, resource partner priorities, and fundraising plan.

Work on your actual situation.

You may have a plan that is not moving, a funding opportunity that is difficult to explain, or more possible next steps than your team can handle. The intensive gives us dedicated time to examine the problem and make practical decisions together.

What we will work toward

What is included

  • The Complete Fundraising Toolkit, including its presentation template.

  • A preparation workbook focused on your needs and current obstacles.

  • Advance review of one one-sheet, one presentation of up to eight slides, and your current plan or budget summary.

  • Two 90-minute in-person working sessions for up to two people from your organization.

  • A concise action summary within three business days.

  • One 30-minute follow-up support call two to four weeks after the session.

Before, during, and after

Before: Send your preparation workbook and agreed materials at least five business days before the session. First drafts are welcome.

During: We will clarify the funding need, strengthen the message, prioritize relationships, and build the action plan. We will also practice a resource partner conversation.

After: Put the first actions into motion, then use the follow-up call to review what happened and adjust your next steps.

Connect your ministry’s funding needs to a practical plan rooted in stewardship and meaningful relationships.

Is this the right fit?

The intensive is for an organization ready to work on its fundraising and implement the resulting plan. Bring someone who can make decisions and someone who will help carry out the work.

The session provides strategy and coaching. Your team owns outreach, ongoing relationship management, and implementation.
